Mortgage Finder" aims to assist the first time Buyer to estimate the cost
of buying a property, identify the affordable property, and find the suitable
Mortgage product.
The "Ming 2 Mortgage Finder"
incorporates the Stamp Duty and Mortgage Booking Fee calculation. Once you type
in the property value and choose the mortgage product, the App will show your
monthly payment, including the Stamp Duty and Mortgage Booking fee.
For the advanced user, you could use the
Mortgage Calculator to find out the actual monthly payment, by including the
Solicitor Fee, Survey Fee, council tax, Management Fee, etc.
This App provides an estimated Rent Income
based on the location and the value of the property. The function is based on
our Statistics Models.
